Secure Packaging
Place the unused items in their original protective packaging. Please ensure the hygiene seal is intact, as broken seals on body jewelry cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.
Ship the Package
Affix the return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned jewelry, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
