What materials are your piercings made of?
We prioritize your safety and comfort by using high-quality materials including 316L Surgical Steel, G23 Titanium, 14K Gold, and hypoallergenic Bioflex for those with sensitive skin.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed measurements for gauge (thickness) and length or diameter. We recommend checking our Size Guide or measuring your current jewelry to ensure a perfect fit.
Can I return a piercing if it doesn't fit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are still in their original, heat-sealed transparent packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express options are available at checkout.
Are your products nickel-free?
Our Titanium and Bioflex collections are 100% nickel-free. While Surgical Steel contains trace amounts of nickel, it is processed to meet strict EU Nickel Directive standards for safety.
How should I clean my new jewelry?
We recommend cleaning your jewelry with mild soap and warm water or a specialized piercing aftercare solution before wearing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or alcohol on acrylic or plated items.
